Ari Banerjee, Program Manager , Yankee Group Ari Banerjee is a program manager in Yankee Group’s Enabling Technologies Service Provider group with an expertise in telecom software solutions. Banerjee examines the breadth of software used by communications service providers in customer, business and infrastructure management. His area of focus includes all aspects of OSS and BSS software. Banerjee also covers issues related to the areas of IMS architecture and communications infrastructure software applications. Prior to joining Yankee Group, Banerjee worked for the billing and customer care division at Lucent Technologies. Dan Bantukul, Director of Product Management, Tekelec Dan Bantukul has more than 20 years of telecommunications experience.
